Whether you have a question about one of our live products, want to report a bug, or are exploring whether our limited technical consulting capacity is a fit for your team, email is the quickest way to reach us. We're a small studio, so every message goes directly to the people building the products. There's no support queue or ticketing system in between.
For consulting enquiries, it helps to include a short summary of the problem you're trying to solve and your expected timeline, so we can quickly tell you whether we have capacity to take it on. For product feedback or bug reports, please mention which product you're using (Quiz Bru, RunYourNumbers, or KeyForge) along with a brief description of what you saw.
