We don't try to do everything at once. Subscription software and digital media are run as ongoing, long-term products with recurring revenue or advertising as the business model behind them, while technical consulting is taken on selectively and only when the scope and timeline are clear from the start. Keeping the three areas separate lets us apply the right approach to each, rather than stretching one model across work it wasn't designed for.
